 本章のまとめ 

先天性耳瘻孔は比較的頻度の高い先天異常の1つである。感染を生じ膿瘍を形成した

症例，初回摘出術後の再発例は根治に難渋することがある。そのため，無症候性のものにも相対的な手
術適応がある。摘出手術時には瘻孔の完全摘出が望まれる。摘出に際しては種々の工夫が有効である。

 今後の課題 

 疾患の性格上，ランダム化比較試験（RCT）を設定することが難しいと思われる。今

回渉猟しえた文献のエビデンスレベルは概ね低く，今後も症例の蓄積と解析が必要である。
